The hotel has spacious and clean rooms with high ceilings, offering a comfortable stay, but check-in was delayed until 3 pm. The service was friendly and accommodating, with a nice tour provided. The location is excellent for exploring different parts of New York, especially the Wall Street area. Dining options were a bit ordinary and pricey for the area. Overall, a nice choice for a stay in the financial district.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were up-to-date and comfortable, yet noise from sirens could be bothersome. The service was exceptional in some aspects like getting us ice promptly, but lacking in providing parking information. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Wall St, perfect for exploring downtown and visiting various attractions. The dining experience was somewhat overpriced and lacked variety, but the finger food was decent enough to start the day. Overall, a convenient stay with some ups and downs.
